Xfce Power Manager Not Properly Controlling Screen

http://crunchbanglinux.org – Seems the Xfce Power Manager isn't controlling my screen like I have it set. I have it set for 30/35 minutes for sleep/power off while on AC and 5/10 minutes for sleep/power off on battery... but it isn't turning the screen off at all.I checked out Xscreensaver and I set that to never black the screen, as I wanted Xfce Power Manager to take care of my screen entirely. On another note, I have Xfce Power Manager set to hibernate my system when the lid is closed while on battery power... and it's not doing that either.
