It's a beta release, so unless there is some special reason, it can hardly go into apps.It might be better if you request a PKGBUILD for CCR, so I will move this thread there.

I installed XBMC is was from Mint's Software Manager. It worked very well and all the tabs were on the home-page. After a week begain to recieve error messages saying some plug-ins weren't installed and most add-ons in my tab setting wouldn't work.
