Hi and welcome to the forum.https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Vi … nux_guestsIn the VM (VM = virtual machine), run:# pacman -S virtualbox-archlinux-additions
# nano /etc/modules-load.d/vbox.conf
<add the modules according to the wiki and save with Ctrl+X>
# rebootThen add it from Devices or from Settings.
Not until you give more information. How did you install X, did you create an xorg.conf (generally you should't), what is your graphics card, which driver did you install, what is in your ~/.xinitrc?Also the full error/output from xorg would help.
Yup.* Introducing split -sna and -uxa accel methods: https://projects.archlinux.org/svntogit … cd5ac33f4f* unifying them: https://projects.archlinux.org/svntogit … 0f21bfb8ccwith some "interesting" changes to the PKGBUILD in between ;PIf OP run 'pacman -Syu xf86-video-intel' and has no ignored package in pacman.conf he should be fine now.
