The latest expansion for the six year-old massive multiplayer online role playing game, World of Warcraft is Cataclysm, and this virtual world changing update has already captured over 4.7 million inhabitants.

Rob Pardo, best known as the lead designer for Blizzard’s signatory video game, World of Warcraft, is stepping down from his position with Blizzard and leaving the company entirely. Future plans are unclear at this time, but what is clear is he will not be deserting the gaming industry.
