use a diff tool to look at the differences between /etc/profile.d/jre.sh and /etc/profile.d/jre.sh.pacorig and between /etc/profile.d/jre.csh and /etc/profile.d/jre.csh.pacorig.pacman replaced your files and your original files were saved as the pacorig versions. If there are changes that are important to you, roll them back into the new files.Is there some reason you changed these files in
