New to Crunchbang here, installed Waldorf about two weeks ago.Everything seemed to work out of the box just fine, then one day the wireless began to randomly disconnect. Sometimes I could reconnect but the signal was weak and wouldn't stay connected for more then 30 seconds. The wireless card I'm using is the Intel Centrino Wireless N-1000.

Hi,Recently I installed Arch Linux on my Thinkpad X220, and everything seems to be fine hardware-wise, except the fact that my WiFi card (Intel Wireless-N 6250) cannot connect at wireless-N speeds.
My dual boot Laptop (Laptop VPCF117HG) has a Intel Centrino Advanced-N 6200 wireless card.
Unfortunately in Ubuntu the card functions erratically at best. Sometimes it works but mostly it doesn't. Even when it works it frequently freezes or works very slow. Searching through forums it seems that many 6200 and intel wireless users face the same problem as me.
I haven't yet found a solution.

Hi all,I've been fiddling around with Crunchbang for a bit, and it seems pretty good. I'd love to be able to use it, but I can't get my Intel N 1030 wireless card to work.I downloaded iwlwifi-6000g2b-6.ucode off intellinuxwireless.org, because that's the driver that's supposed to make my wireless card work. But I have no idea how to install it. Can anyone help me?
