Windows 2008 R2 Remote Desktop Services slow display build at console

http://serverfault.com – I have a Windows 2008 R2 server configured for Remote Desktop Services. Recentrly we deployed ERP software on the server. When I tried to use the software via the console, the display took time to build (fileds appearing one after the other from the top). When I connect through RDP the software seems to work fine, and display builds quickly. The server is brand new IBM System x3400 M3, 32GB RAM and Xeon E5606 CPU. What can cause this? My guess it that te server is not suited to be worked on directly, having a very basic Video chip. Update: I heard a suggestion that the server can't handle (HowTos)
