I have a laptop that I suspect is overheating. Every once and a while, Ubuntu will pop up the shut down dialogue window. The first time I clicked shut down, and it went through the normal shut down process. The 2nd time I pressed cancel, and it instantly hard shut down.
So, could this dialogue window pop up because the computer is overheating? Or is the issue something else?
Recently I updated my HTC ONE M7 to Sense 6, after the update the phone started overheating and losing battery fast, I have wiped my cache partition in stock recovery, done the factory reset but it didnt help, the phone gets around 55C° on the lower back just from browsing the internet and listening to music, and once it starts overheating the battery can easily drop 25-30% in 1
Guys is there any trick for preventing overheating...my incs gets heated up while using 3g....also some times while charging its get heated...and because of that sometimes vibration on phone does not work....Please help
Has anyone experienced overheating using this phone? As you know I hadn't had my phone activated for a week or so, and never had an issue with the phone overheating, although I didn't use it like I do now that it's activated. And I can just barely use it to maybe browse the web or send a couple texts and the battery temperature will report 98 and it's even got up to 107 yesterday.
