http://forums.cpanel.net – Hello, I requested a wildcard from the hosting company where a domain of a customer is hosted. The hosting company instructed me to use the htaccess to force the subdomain to recognise they gave the following example: RewriteEngine On RewriteCond %{SERVER_PORT} ^443$ RewriteCond %{HTTP_HOST} ^sub\.mydomain\.nl$ [NC] RewriteCond %{REQUEST_URI} !^/sub/ RewriteRule ^(.*) /sub/$1 RewriteCond %{HTTPS} off RewriteRule (.*) https://%{HTTP_HOST}%{REQUEST_URI} This works although i find it strange that i have to use this because the subdomain is in the /public_html root folder.
