Hello,

Hello all,
I have a Philips W626 (an unusual brand/model I know) and have recently got a problem with the wifi on this phone. It was working fine before.
The phone is rooted.
The wifi is on according to the phone, it displays available connections but won't connect.
My office network blocks things like Pandora, Spotify, etc., so while most of the time I'd like to be connected to my office wifi, there are times when I'd rather use my data connection. Unfortunately, I can disconnect from the network until I'm blue in the face, and it just keeps reconnecting. Is there a setting somewhere that I can check that will allow me to control when it connects to wifi?
My wifi is not working, on the menu on cM9 it just have this stupid message "Turning wifi on" and nothing happen... In other modes it says "wifi error", its not grayed but it says it.
Hi
I'm running Android 4.0.4 on my unit. I've imported my network certificates and I connect fine to my company 802.1x EAP-TLS wifi. However - when I restart the unit and it tries to reconnect it goes "authentication problem". If I manually reconnect to the network, it'll work fine. Does anyone know what might be going on?
As I write this, I'm in a coffee shop on my laptop, and I am trying to connect to the free wifi network they offer.
Every time I select their network from the wifi applet drop down menu, it connects for a second and then disconnects.
At the same time, I have my Android phone with me, and it connects to the coffee shop's network without problem.
Hi everyone,
well, I have been searching for two days now, and haven't found any solution to my problem.
SO, basically, here it is : I used to be able to connect to my home wifi without any problem. I had a WEP key. A few days ago I used Backtrack 5 on my computer (usb-boot) and tried to find MY wifi's key, because I wanted to test it.
I've been searching the net for weeks and still can't find an answer or work around for this:
When trying to connect to my university's wifi, or eduroam, I can connect for a few minutes, usually a max of five, then the connection shuts down and I'm booted off the network and cannot reconnect.
