I am having a problem with my Wifi.
When I try to connect to a wifi network, and the first time it connects fine, and stays connected.
But if I leave, or disconnect, then it won't re-connect ever again. It spends about 2 minutes searching/connecting and then I get an error message saying:
"Attention
Network Disabled.
I recently bought a phone with Android ICS 4.0.4. I have use lan to connect to internet in my laptop. I created a ad hoc wifi network in laptop with internet sharing. I used to connect all my other devices through this connection to access internet. They all worked fine. But, not my ICS phone. The same phone is working well with wifi routers in my work place.
I have noticed with certain wifi protection setups my phone will go into a never ending loop of obtaining address, connecting then disconnecting and starting over again with authenticating, obtaining address, connecting ect. Is this a common bug? My sister recently changed her wifi security type but left the password the same and now it does this.

I am new to this community and don't know much about technology. I am having problem with my HTC ONE X PLUS. The phone was working really fine until yesterday. My phone is not searching the wifi connections. I tried really hard by switching the phone wifi on and off and even restarting the phone number of times. But these things didn't help. Please help me to sort this issue out.
i just sign up here coz my s2 wont connect to wifi..sure my wifi router has no problem coz i can connect my laptop to it..just woke up with no wifi on phone tried to connect its says its connected but no connection signal on the upper level screen..tried restarting it and turn my phone on and off many times..it connected and after 10 minutes its gone again..and i am getting so annoyed with it..
help! I can't connect to wifi after logging in to WIfi Hotspot. after connecting to pc/laptop, the error message pops out "The network may no longer be in range". my phone is just 1 inch away from my laptop and I just install the HTC Sync. please help!!!I also installed Foxfi and wifi hotspot - wifi theter.
I can't make sense of this. My phone (dinc2) running jb connects to the wifi no problem, but my nexus refuses to connect. It tries and cycles through authenticating, saved, connecting... But can't make it. My nook color had the same problem.
The router is an apple airport or whatever, and the security is wpa2.
Ok. First of all I checked the forum. I couldnt find anyone with a similar problem. So earlier today I hooked up a wifi extender. It has worked great with one exception. My girlfriend's phone will not connect. It simply says authenticating over and over. Now here's how I know its not a repeat thread. We both have the RAZR M, and my phone has worked great with it.

I have a Samsung Galaxy Gio S5660 with a Wifi problem.
When I connect to my home, school, girlfriend's Wifi it works fine! When I leave the connection with Wifi (just because I go to school of to a Bar..) and I'm going back to my home, school of girlfriend, Wifi is not connecting to the router.
