Just struggling a little with Xfce after years of Gnome & Lxde...
In Nautilus, mounted partitions & drives are indicated by a "triangle over bar" icon.
Non-mounted partitions are shown in the left pane but without the icon - right?
When I hot-plug my camera, it appears with the icon & I know it's mounted.
In Thunar, all partitions, mounted or not, have a similar icon?
I have six large hard-disks on my computer divided into several partitions. Now these unmounted partitions clutter the left panel (Launcher) on my Unity desktop after upgrading to Ubuntu 13.04.
It's OK a mounted partition shows up, that is how things should be, but not all these unmounted ones.
Is this a bug or could someone advice me?
i had a problem to boot Ubuntu 11.10 after instalation caused by lack of permissions on freshly set partitions (partitions made by disk utility on live CD). I gave all permissions to all files to any user. How i should set it back to work properly with Ubuntu ?

I am using Ubuntu 11.10. When I installed clementine for the first time it worked smoothly, but after installing KDE on my system it is not starting and clickin on icon doesn't results in anything, clementine is not starting in any way. I removed clementine from my system and reinstalled it, and now again it is not working.
