I have a headless Fedora 15 (without GUI) box.
hello dear stackfans
i wanted to check the space that i have on the machine: i tried it with this command
df -h
linux-wyee:~ # df -h
Filesystem Size Used Avail Use% Mounted on
rootfs 20G 6.9G 12G 37% /
devtmpfs 1.9G 8.0K 1.9G 1% /dev
tmpfs 1.9G 604K 1.9G 1% /dev/shm
tmpfs 1.9G 692K 1.9G 1% /run
/dev/sda13 20G 6.9G 12G 37% /
I am using Fedora 16.
Strange problem...
Why i have full / partition used, but it's not really used?
Fast info:
xwing ~ # df -h
Filesystem Size Used Avail Use% Mounted on
rootfs 16G 15G 75M 100% /
/dev/root 16G 15G 75M 100% /

tmpfs 5,9G 552K 5,9G 1% /run
rc-svcdir 1,0M 72K 952K 8% /lib64/rc/init.d
cgroup_root 10M
I would like to increase the size of the root file system from 323M to 50G.
adb shell to figure out the mounts on this phone.
cd /
cd proc
shell@android:/proc $ cat mounts
cat mounts

Hello I have an Ubuntu virtual machine running OpenErp, I ran out of space on / root.
Below the output of df
# df
Filesystem 1K-blocks Used Available Use% Mounted on
/dev/mapper/OpenERP-root
3326104 3113052 44092 99% /
udev 1019140 4 1019136 1% /dev
tmpfs 411288 372 410916 1% /run
none
I know this question is asked many times before, however with me it is just a bit different i guess.
