Hi. I learned C in high school and am proficient in it:D. At the college while learning microcontrollers there was a short course on assembly language which I skipped:p but had no trouble as most of the application programming had to be done in C. Should I go back n learn assembly language as I have heard it gives good insight into the hardware?

I'm trying to change the language for a standard user account.
With the administrator account, I installed a new language by going to system settings > language support > install / remove languages. Then I logged in to the standard account, and moved the new language to the top by dragging it with the mouse. And then I reseted the machine and logged back in. But nothing changed.
