I was using the PooP kernel before I flashed the Proton Kernel on my Ultragen ROM, but I don't see the fast charge option anywhere. Is it automatically on in the kernel?
How much time will it take for the battery to charge from 0% to 100%? With and without enabling fast charge..? My nexus 5 seems to have charging problem. From past few days its taking long times to charge the battery from 0% to 100%. Its takes around 200mins to completely charge battery.
I overclocked my kernel and havent had a problem , I install the serenity kernel and I installed voltage control and fast charge , I removed fast charge because it didnt work .... I flashed it over another custom kernel ... would that have anything to do with it ?
I am looking to source a Kernel of have one adapted with the USB Fast Charge option for the N7100.
I have searched high and low and cant find a specific one that gives the option, whereby via a switch or toggle you can enable USB Charging to change to AC charging for use the a 11 Pin MHL adapter.(Which is rated at 500ma but with this option it can push it to 1amp)
Hi, i use my galaxy s5 with an mhl adaptor to connect to my appradio in car touchscreen stereo, the problem being is that charging is limited to 300ma/h, running the display on plus playing music etc and occasional sat nav takes a lot more power than the mhl can provide, knox removal is needed to allow the connection to work, i currently have xtrestorelite rom v1.1 and ael kernel 3.4.0, fast charg
Does anyone know how I could enable fast charge on my kernel, I have http://androidforums.com/warp-sequent-all-things-root/642003-kernel-oc-d... Anybody could help me or assist me, this would be great.
