I was using the PooP kernel before I flashed the Proton Kernel on my Ultragen ROM, but I don't see the fast charge option anywhere. Is it automatically on in the kernel?
I overclocked my kernel and havent had a problem , I install the serenity kernel and I installed voltage control and fast charge , I removed fast charge because it didnt work .... I flashed it over another custom kernel ... would that have anything to do with it ?
I am looking to source a Kernel of have one adapted with the USB Fast Charge option for the N7100.
I have searched high and low and cant find a specific one that gives the option, whereby via a switch or toggle you can enable USB Charging to change to AC charging for use the a 11 Pin MHL adapter.(Which is rated at 500ma but with this option it can push it to 1amp)
Does anyone know how I could enable fast charge on my kernel, I have http://androidforums.com/warp-sequent-all-things-root/642003-kernel-oc-d... Anybody could help me or assist me, this would be great.
I'm using a nexus 7, 32gb (wifi) JOP40D, and I'm looking for a kernal that supports usb fast charge. I'm currently using the Trinity seven kernal 4.2 alpha 4, but I'm not entirely sure that it support fast charge. I installed a root app that says it toggles USB fast charge on and off, and says that the current kernal does not support fast charge.
I've just received my new my glide a few days ago and upgraded to ics lite rom .5 straight away.
i noticed that it charges extremely slow when plugged into the computer, almost doesn't charge at all if using it at the same time. i saw a option in system tuner about supporting usb fast charge. i was wondering if any of the roms or kernal for the glide supports this feature?
