When offsetting monitors, why does the cursor become huge?

http://askubuntu.com – I have one monitor and one tv. monitor res = 1440x900 tv res = 1920x1080 I want to offset them, so the tv starts at the bottom right of the monitor: |--------------------------| | =============| | MONITOR =============| | =============| |--------------------------| |============= | |============= TV | |============= | |--------------------------| So I change this code in my xorg.conf.d/10-monitor.conf: Option "metamodes" "DFP: nvidia-auto-select +0+0, TV: 1920x1080 +1440+0" To: Option "metamodes" "DFP: nvidi (HowTos)
