I can imagine this question has been asked about a million times.
I have a Samsung Galaxy s3 Mini running on Jelly Bean and I have a problem with my contacts. One...only one...has done what I want it to. The first contact on my address list has a little Google symbol AND and little Whatsapp symbol next to it, so I can start a Whatsapp conversation from the Phone Book.

When I was using WhatsApp on my BlackBerry, I used to refresh the contact list and the new contacts would be added to the bottom of the list and then I could sort the list manually using the "Sort" button in the WhatsApp settings.

On Samsung Galaxy Ace (model GT-S5830i), Android version 2.3.6, when I install WhatsApp, the WhatsApp application works ok.
But the PHONE's contact's crash.
The situation is that when I try to call someone, I go to the phone icon, contacts, look for my contact, when I tap it's name...the phone freezes for for a phone seconds, then it says "Android.process.acore" crashed.

Hey guys, I am very new to using android/the samsung galaxy devices and am currently living in South Korea.
All of sudden i spotted my X gf in whatsapp i didn't use it for a while. And i changed my number since i saw her last time. I have her number in my address book( gotta keep her number) is that why she appears in whatsapp? She can't see me unless she's got my new number, right? Im pretty sure she shouldn't have my new number.

ive found ways to link my fb contact pics to my google contacts on my phone however, since my update to ics these do not show up in any 3rd party app.
So my whatsapp and viber go sms have almost no contact icons at all the only ones that show up are the ones i manually saved into my google account.
i found chomp sms has a feature built into it to import fb icons, but thats really
