I installed two OS in my computer, Ubuntu 10.04 and windows7, after some mistaken, there is no windows7 loader in the grub list, that is to say, I can't enter windows7, so what should I do?

I have dual booted Windows8 with Linux Mint 15,when I installed,it said you have Windows7 on this system,would you like to install with Windows7.
Now,when I rebooted the laptop I find that instead of presenting me with the GRUB boot loader it opens Windows 8 directly,I found a post where they set the boot loader for Ubuntu using Windows 8 cmd prompt here,followed by backing up and updating grub.
I recently installed ubuntu 13.10 alongside my windows 7 operating system. Whenever I boot my computer i am given the ubuntu loader where i can select either windows7 loader or ubuntu. When i press ubuntu it boot properly, but when I slect windows7 loader, the screen goes black and the same ubuntu loader appears.
