I have a question regarding my phone's internal memory. My new android 4.2.1 phone has 32GB of phone storage, but only 1.5 gigabytes of that is allocated to the "internal storage" partition for app installations etc. The rest is used as an internal SD card for data storage.
I'm trying to increase the size of internal storage (/data) on my TL at the expense of emulated external storage (/storage/sdcard0). I found that FTF files contain partition-image.sin, which describes all 15 partitions on the phone. Using the partition modification guide for 2011 Xperias, I made the necessary adjustments in the partition image and userdata .sins, compiled the FTF, and flashed it.
I want to use link2sd to extent internal memory by creating ext2 partition of 300MB on 4GB memory card on my Samsung Galaxy FIT. I was also thinking to use swap partition.
I was wondering that will it affect my device if I physically removed my sdcard while using 'ext2-partition' & 'swap-partition' . If yes, what is the process of removing sdcard then?
