what is the right way to downgrade kernel

http://askubuntu.com – I decide to downgrade kernel version due to unsolvable problem with wifi. Ubuntu version is 12.10, kernel version is 3.5. In http://packages.ubuntu.com/precise/kernel/ I found the previous kernel version 3.2. I decided to install linux-image-3.2.0-51-generic. The question is it enough to install just linux-image package, do I need to install linux-header package too, are there more package I should install?
