Does anyone know how I can install the new version of kdenlive on fedora 17. Right now rpm fusion only has kdenlive 0.9.2 but the repo for fedora 18 has kdenlive 0.9.4 but I'd rather not upgrade to fedora 18.
We are finally preparing the new Kdenlive release that should be out in 10 days (on the 19th of November). Many people are wondering what happened with our successful fundraising, so here is a first update: as it was clearly stated, the fundraising's goal was to clean up Kdenlive's base code. This will not produce immediate benefit for the user, but rather help us for future developments.
I get a "kdenlive: error while loading shared libraries: libmlt.so.1: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory" error, when creating a symlink either to this backup or to lbmlt.so it says libmlt++ missing, creating both symlinks kdenlive is starting but gives "fatal error MLT's Sdl module not found.
