I have a love/hate relationship with weight training. I love the after burn and the results after consistent use, but it's just something about not being able to move too quickly or move around when doing some weight training.
100% honesty, the best way to stay positive is to exercise.Whatever form of exercise you like, but physical exercise has tremendously positive impact on your metal state.Personally, I like swimming, hiking, yoga, and doing handstands against a wall, also playing on playground equipment when its available.
I have been weight training for almost 4 years now and over the last year I have really turned it on. I am wanting to start a better tracking system of my lifts week to week but don't want to carry around a pad of paper. Is there any good apps out there that I could input my rep/sets into?
I, like many people, have a desk job where I sit down for my whole day at a computer and get no activity at work. How much do other people here who are in the same situation work out every day? I'm at a healthy lean weight and have a good diet but I'm worried about my heart getting enough exercise.
