Thanks / Reputation (whatever) in advance!
In the Linux and open source software communities, there is something that is worth just as much as the paycheck developers and SysAdmins take home: it's the reputation they earn among their peers for the quality of their code and their work.
This summer we invite you to join us in the Great LinuxCon Wild Goose Chase, which could also help build your reputation (we're not saying what kind of rep

We have a VB6 Program stored on a server. Clients open the program from the share, and work with it all day. When we had updates, we simply renamed the file, and copied the new one. This has been working for us for over 10 years with NT, W2K and XP. Since introducing Win 7 this does not work anymore.
