Preferably, I'd like to stick with Touchwiz because I like it, but if the TW UI bogs it down then I don't mind suggestions for of other ROMs. All I really care about is battery life (and maybe performance when I run heavy games from Gameloft, for example.)

Hey all,
I'm having some issues with games in 12.10
I've tried Open Arena and Xonotic and both games have trouble with the graphics, the screen is huge and way off the centre, making the games unplayable.
I use Steam and I have nearly 200 games for it http://steamcommunity.com/id/avalanch07/games?tab=all
How compatible or friendly is Ubuntu with DirectX? Also keep in mind that several of my favorite games use GFWL such as Fable 3, Dawn of War 2, Red Faction Guerrilla among others.
Now, the full Half-Life (1) experience can be enjoyed on the best operating system! The are still in beta, but I'm downloading them as I type.
