I thought I would start this thread because I really like Fluxbox with Crunchbang and I would like to have a place to share information with other Fluxbox fans . The default Fluxbox Debian install from the repository is not really my taste so I modified it. I really like the way the original Fluxbox toolbar looks so the first change I made was to restore it to the original state.
This is my first time using fluxbox.
I installed fluxbox on Gentoo Linux.
I have read fluxbox wiki about font and done instruction in it, but nothing happened. I'm still unable to change fluxbox font.
I also checked whether my desired font is detected by X with xfontsel.
Maybe I miss some package.

Following installation of Ubuntu 12.04 over a previous install of 10.04, I have found odd behaviour in the Fluxbox windows manager. If I 'tab' two windows together (as one can in Fluxbox) I cannot change focus from one tabbed window to another using the mouse. To focus on the other window I have to use the alt-tab method with the keyboard.
FluxBox window manager is really simple window manager even the configuration for it really easy and you can do more to get the best performance and better looking desktop using a lightweight desktop and that what FluxBox can give.
