http://forums.cpanel.net – Hi, since early this morning, none of the accounts in one of my servers are able to use webmail. Apparently, there is no problem using desktop e-mail clients, this only affects webmail. Users can login to cPanel's webmail but can't use webmail clients. The error messages are: In HORDE: Login failed because your username or password was entered incorrectly In SquirrelMail: Warning: fsockopen() [function.fsockopen]: unable to connect to localhost:143 (php_network_getaddresses: getaddrinfo failed: Name or service not known) in /usr/local/cpanel/base/3rdparty/squirrelmail/plugins/login_aut (HowTos)

Hello, i´m having a problem with my cpanel webmail, on webmail.mydomain.com I can login, but when i choose any of the email clients it gives me a failed login when it forwards to the clients, what could this be?

I have a centos6 VPS with cpanel/whm, I re-sell the webspace to clients that i do IT work for.

Trying to set up a "remember me" cookie for webmail users. I found a plugin called persistent_login for Roundcube, but I can't access roundcube login direct and bypass the cpanel login.

I tried disabling 'cpanellogin' and 'cpanellogout' in roundcube config file. When I did this after I logged in on the Cpanel webmail page it showed me the roundcube login with the plugin working.

We've got problems with the css styles after login into the cpanel, whm or webmail.

Here is an example: The css styles get loaded when we login through: myip/cpanel or myip/whm or myip/webmail

The css styles didn't get load when login through: mydomain.com/cpanel or mydomain.com/whm or mydomain.com/webmail

Does anyone know how to fix this problem?

I have moved a domain of mine from one server to another. Both domains use Cpanel.

I have moved all mails that were stored on the old server to the new one and this is fine now.

Hello...

I've a problema with webmail...When I login, appears me this:

If I choose Horde, like usually i do, then come back again to the login form...This just happens in pc's that access a lot of times.

If I access Webmail in a pc that usually not access, it's Ok...

Help me please...

I installed the desktop-webmail package, and now I don't seem to be able to access any webmail services (gmail, hotmail, or yahoo mail). Not even sure where to look to start solving this. ping mail.google.com returns an unknown host, so I assume it is some dns problem.

Hi, we would like to have to possibility to disable some webmail (for eg. Horde) for a specific domain. Previously this was done by insert "skiphorde=1" in /var/cpanel/users/$username Thankyou

I'm not sure if this is the appropriate place for this or not. Please move it if not. I am setting up a cPanel server and so far everything is working except that when you visit http://clientdomain.com/webmail you are redirected to https://clientdomain.com:2096 and receive an error message about the site being untrusted.
