I've noticed that in the mornings when I turn on my phone, it shows the weather and two buttons, I think one is called Forecast. It doesn't show my dock bar.
The problem is that I have my lock screen set to show my contacts, not the weather. Once I unlock my phone and then re-lock it, then it works properly.
Does anyone know how to get rid of the weather that appears on the lock screen? I am using Beautiful Widgets for weather and I do not also want the built in weather app updating in the background.
I have come from a HTC phone, and the Weather clock that HTC has in Sense is the best of them out there.
Does anyone know if there is an HTC 4x1 weather widget (possibly even in Sense 5?). I'm not crazy about any of the alternatives for a 4x1 forcast widget (weather channel, accuweather, notification weather or weather bug).

AccuWeather has updated their Android app with severe weather push alerts. After the weather issues we’ve been having lately, this one feature alone could make a huge difference between life and death. Timely alerts can give you the extra time you need to take cover in severe weather conditions.
Ok this problem actually started when I first rooted my tab and installed a custom ROM and every rom after. My lock screen just stopped working. Stayed with the custom ROMs for a little while then decided a wanted my lock screen back. So i decided to go stock again. Went through the proper procedures to go back to stock. (wiping device and Odin the stock HC ROM) all that.. No luck still.
is there anyway to change where the lock screen gets the weather updates. i live in a country town in Australia and all it shows is question mark in a cloud.
