At first, I thought it was just the youtube app, but today has made me realise that the S3 really is struggling with video on all formats.
Watching youtube via the app, watching youtube via the browser, watching video generally through the browser all give me buffering issues.
I am on Virgin and when I do a speed test, i get 20mb !!!

Just as the title says, how can I use messenger or any chat client while i'm watching video in browser with full screen? For example, i can use gtalk when watching youtube video in full screen in Windows, but can't figure out how to put chat window on full screen video using alt-tab. Thanks for any help. ;)
I have got a new ipad few days ago. Now I want to download some youtube videos to my ipad for watching, but I can not do it well. Firstly I don’t know how to download, secondly I have no idea of converting the Youtube video to ipad video supported video formats, so it is really a headache. If you are good at playing with ipad, would you like to provide me a link to operate it? Thanks.
Is this only when you are surfing the web and video viewing? Is it most prevalent on flash sites (Youtube, etc)?Or can it happen while the computer is idle?
So this seems to occur across all the roms I run including cm and all sense roms. While watching a video it seems to freeze and won't let me pause the video or change the video. I can still move around on the YouTube app but asoon as I click on another video it just freezes and I have to exit. Right now I'm running the new venom Rom and it still comes out.
My screen brightness used to dim after a few seconds to preserve battery. This is default in Ubuntu 12.04. However when watching video it should not dim.
This works correctly when I watch videos using native applications like VLC.
Hi,
I am using 12.04, FF 16.0.2, Flash 11.2.

It displays the buffering indication but I can see there is no data transfer coz the LEDs of

During playback of a video file (on the HDD) the screen attempts to go blank. If I move the mouse the blank screen disappears and I am able to see the video again.
I have checked the settings; Tools>Preferences>All (to select the Advanced Menu)>Video and placed a check mark (ticked) Turn off Screensaver (which, by the way, was already selected) but this seems to have no effect.
I have two Windows open in the browser, a Youtube video playing on one, displaying any image on the second and the video from the flash video partly breaks through, this seems to relate to the cause, what's the fix?
The video even stays on screen when the screensaver kicks in ...
