I am running CentOS 5.1 on a mini-ITX. The box is set-up with ACPI Enabled at S3 and set to wake-up in the morning with Resume by RTC Alarm.Occasionally CentOs fails to complete th... [by Shellness]
Alarms can be a dime a dozen on the Google Play Store, but Alarm Clock Ultra Free is an app worthy to be set apart from the rest. Not only is it extremely functional and effective but it’s also aesthetically pleasing to any eye.
Hi!
I have the following question...
My SUSE is 11.0.
In boot.local i'm setting ACPI alarm with /sys/class/rtc/rtc0/wakealarm
I've checked with /proc/driver/rtc that it's ok.
In cron i have a task that will do some job and then shutdown -h now when executed.
All,
We are soon launching a silent alarm solution for Android. Solution consists of a wristband and an Android App. You manage alarms in your Andriod App and sync them to the band via buletooth.
On an alarm event the wrist band vibrates to gently wake or alert the wearer.
Which one do you use and works well on JB? Gentle Alarm was my favourite for a long time on GB, but today it crashed and didn' wake me up.
Can someone please explain me this time stamp discrepancy in the kernel log?
We wrote an app to wake up Android at a specified time and the app leverages AlarmManager API and sets:
AlarmManager.ELAPSED_REALTIME_WAKEUP
The app works as intended and wakes up at an user specified time correctly. But there is a discrepancy in the kernel timestamp.
