Hello, a new user for Fedora here. I love online-accounts feature but Empathy refuses to connect to Google Talk service. It says password is incorrect. Meanwhile I am able to use Google talk on my phone, Pidgin@Fedora and Opensuse liveCD. It is really weird- do you know any hint for that?

I am just returning to the land of Linux.
I just installed Ubuntu 12.04 x64.
The first thing I did was install Mumble (VOIP Client) to talk to my buddies while setting up my system and getting a game set up.
My push to talk key is F.
I noticed that if I do not have a window selected and hit F or any key for that matter a box appears in the bottom right hand corner filling

Wondering how every ones talk time is on the Nexus 4
I'm running CFX SR9, _motley b32 kernel, on the Wind network in Canada which is 1700Mhz.
I have had a few longer conversations on the phone and noticed that 1Hr talk time drains ~20% of the battery.
This is approximate, but that roughly works our to be about 5hours of talk time which is far short of the ~14hours tested.
I have talk installed:
yum install talk talk-server
And I have /etc/xinetd.d/talk set to disabled
and /etc/xinetd.d/ntalk set to enabled
I also have opened port 518/udp on server and laptop
and enabled xinetd.service
sudo systemctl enable xinetd.service
sudo systemctl start xinetd.service
sudo systemctl status xinetd.service says that it is running.
AFAIK, the configuration is identical on lap

I upgraded some old systems before from fedora 4 and fedora 6 to fedora 9 and 10 using the cds, When I booted the cds of fedora 9 and 10 it detected the old installed fedora and offered to upgrade it, It sounds nice, I chose to upgrade and every thing went fine, The old fedora 4 and 6 became 9 and 10.

Something that has been irritating me is this use of he/she in writing. I have really noticed this in some of the things I have been reading lately, and I haven't noticed it for a while because most of the books I do read now come from the 19th and early 20th century with the exception of technical material.
Ok. I have read thread after thread on this subject. And I am just getting more confused. I have a Samsung Galaxy SIII through AT&T. When I called straight talk they said this phone was compatible with the program. So I bought the ATT compatible straight talk sim through walmart. It was a normal sim card. So I couldn't use it. I need a micro sim.
