Network engineering provider Visionstream Australia has won a $70 million contract with Victoria's Emergency Services Telecommunications Authority (ESTA). Under the agreement, Visionstream, part of the Leighton Contractors group, will act as agent for Victoria to continue to operate and maintain the Emergency Alerting System (EAS) network for four years, commencing in November 2012.
