I did upgrade virtualbox from 4.1 to 4.2

wheneverver I want to load my win xp vdi, it gives me the following error:

I installed Virtual Box using the rpm found at the virtualbox website. It installed OK, and I also installed dkms after installing VB. I set up VB, and then pressed start to run the Win XP install, and I got an error:
