actually i have a problem with my notebooks grapic card nvidia go 6600.
The proprietary driver 295.49 for Nvidia go 6600, suggested by Ubuntu 12.04 as latest driver seems to be not recognized by system information window. But it seems that hwinfo --gfxcard shows the correct information about this grapic card. The nouveau driver seems to be not active.
For switching between free/non-free make sure to follow this guide:http://chakra-project.org/wiki/index.ph … eo-DriversFor checking the graphics either use "hwinfo --gfxcard" or "lspci | grep VGA".
