Hi,Whenever I click on a current line in the RSSNOW, a new instance of the Chromium gets started, but it's empty, regardless of the Chromium being the default browser or not. RSSNOW settings look innocent, Chromium settings are notoriously hard to find . Any Ideas?

Hi,After installing the subj from AUR I have no idea how to start it. No trace of a procedure in the ArchWiki, in the comments, or on the forum. Any clue would be welcome.

Hi,Nautilus runs with no icons inside KDE. Other gtk apps doesn't seem to be affected. Gnome is installed alongside in its entirety, so it is not a case of missing packages.

Hi,One of the purposes of KDE custom shortcuts is to fire a character sequence (input action). A sequence can be defined like this, for instance:Shift+H:E:L:L:O-:-:-:Shift+`Shift+,:Shift+,I'd like to generate a special character which on cannot find right on keyboard (namely, em dash, U+2014).
Hi,On starting KDE KMix would start either Phonon or Pulseaudio style, unpredictably. A race condition, probably. There's nothing new about it: old kmix/pulseaudio thread. Unfortunately, the remedies suggested won't work for me. Any new ideas?

Thanks, moetunes! My /etc/hostname has already been set to mybox .## /etc/hosts: static lookup table for host names##<ip-address> <hostname.domain.org> <hostname>127.0.0.1 localhost.localdomain localhost# End of fileThis should be correct. Unfortunately, the problem is still there. Could /etc/hosts be innocent, after all?

Version 4.2_2007 was released a while ago, but the package have been updated with package fixes or similar:https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Pkgbuild#pkgrelOk, I understand now.
Hi,I've never had any luck with the mike in Linux. Used to blame the hardware. Recently I've got a hardware upgrade - still no luck. Worse than that, really: I'm completely at sea with the recent developments.
