The verizon back up for contacts, music, documents and pictures keeps popping up saying it's backing up every month. i already unchecked everything. why is it still doing this?
Hi, I recently purchased an LG Lucid from Verizon. Verizon transferred the hundreds of contacts from my dumb phone to my smart phone. I now need to load these contacts into my PC, categorize (e.g. friends, business, dining....)
and then load back to the Lucid
So I am deciding between the verizon g2 and the droid maxx. Note 3 is out because its too big, I have a note 2 and its a nice phone but just too big. I would hop all over the verizon g2 if they hadn't changed the back buttons, I can never find the power button on the back of the verizon version with out mashing the volume buttons.
This morning we officially learned that the HTC One will arrive for Verizon Wireless customers on August 22. Verizon spokesman Albert Aydin tweeted to inform that Verizon HTC One customers will receive Android 4.2.2 out of the box.

Remember the brouhaha back in September when LTE-capable Nexus 7 owners discovered they couldn’t activate their devices on Verizon’s network? Back then Verizon went into full damage control mode and indicated the device was going through the certification process. At the time, it looked like that might be a matter of a few short weeks…if there were no problems.
