Ever since updating to core/dbus from dbus-core, my desktop environments and various programs are broken. I have a variety of logs that people on IRC asked for.
Every time I attempt to add an extra back end into our VCL file, it's fails.
Here is the DAEMON_OPTS we are running off:
DAEMON_OPTS="-a :80 \
-T localhost:6082 \
-f /etc/varnish/custom.vcl \
-u varnish -g varnish \
-S /etc/varnish/secret \
-s malloc,10G"
And here is the offending backend(s)
backend b1 {
.host = "114.123.456.78
I have a high traffic website running with Drupal and Apache, five web servers behind a Varnish server load balancing. Let's say this site is example.com.
I get this when trying to start X.https://gist.github.com/3649833I had some other errors before but I've seem to fix them. I've become stuck at this point.

Hi all,
For some simple testing I've tried lunching my GTK app under Unity with default settings on Ubuntu 12.04. I've spotted some issues with rendering widgets (at least I think that is the cause of problem).
So, my company has a corporate blog that's hosted by a third party hosting company that we proxypass so that www.company.com/blog resolves to the blog (hosted at blog.company.com).
My memory usage was a 4% after a fresh ubuntu 12.10 installation
after i install php packages etc using this gist, https://gist.github.com/4372049
my memory usage now reached 41%.
should i be concerned?
if not, then at what memory usage level should i be concerned?
if yes, then what remedies should I do?
UPDATE:
