User level filtering stopped working

http://forums.cpanel.net – There's a user-level filter I have had in place for years, and for years it's worked without a hitch. Suddenly (sometime in the past month, maybe?), it's stopped working. I realize the standard line for any time an email isn't working that it must be user error, but the fact remains that the filter has been previously working, and now it isn't, with no change to the filter itself in between. And before anyone suggests it, I've re-read the docs, I know that "equals" is generally to be avoided.
