Upgrading lion and loosing Virtual Box

http://askubuntu.com – My virtual box is not working since I have upgraded my lion OS. VT-x is being used by another hypervisor. (VERR_VMX_IN_VMX_ROOT_MODE). VirtualBox can't operate in VMX root mode. Please close all other virtualization programs. (VERR_VMX_IN_VMX_ROOT_MODE). So I found a forum thread here : https://www.virtualbox.org/ticket/10965, and the solution seems to install again the virtual box again. So now, how can I migrate all the content of my ubuntu I used to ran in the VB ? (HowTos)

I just upgraded my OS with the latest OSX upgrade/patch. Now, I'm unable to use my VMs:

Failed to open a session for the virtual machine vag_1347774268.

i was hoping someone could help me with an error message i am receiving when trying to open my virtual box. i am running it on my new macbook pro running version 10.8.2, processor: 2.3 GHz intel core i7 and this is the error messages i am receiving: Failed to open a session for the virtual machine ilsonsystem.
