12.04LTS. HP K80 printer. device shows up both in lsusb and in the "discovered devices" in the HP Device Manager. I ran the device manager under gksudo, same results. The GUI app sees the device ("1 device found") but then its tells me "unable to communicate with the device.
I'm using osx as a host and running windows 7 virtually. I originally had version 4.1.6 and when I plugged in usb devices it did not show up in the device manager, however it would prompt me that the drivers could not be installed. I now installed 4.1.8 with the oracle extension and got a better result.
Hi, I cannot get ODIN or QPST to recognize my phone.
I have DK's CM10 RC0 Nightly ROM, installed the drivers many times (and uninstalled many times) - both Kies and regular drivers.
I just bought a belkin usb hub. I am running a fully updated Windows XP. When I plug in the device, it is not recognized. The device manager says "Unknown Device".
I just installed Lubuntu 12.10 but I got a few problems, currently lost. Anybody know where can I find the device manager?
Hey everyone,
I've read through the All-In-One guide about how to root the TF700T, downloaded the driver pack, put it into developer mode and enabled unknown sources.
First off, I've done all the usual stuff. Install drivers, reboot both devices (multiple times), un-install and re install drivers. Im on Windows 7 x64 Home Premium. When I plug in the device everything will install except "Motorola Communication Interface".
Sigh... it was working and then I managed to "improve" things.
In this case, after doing the OTA JB update, I updated the Motorola drivers for WinXP and now the USB Composite Device fails (hardware install fail and yellow ! for the device according to Device Manager). USB Debugging is turned on, and I tried MTP, etc. Nothing improves things.
