Unresolved dependency after yum update crash (broken ssh connection)

http://serverfault.com – Today I was updating one of production server (one of many to test updates and then update the rest of computers). Soon after run yum update ssh connection was broken :/ . After login once again using screen sesion this time I run yum-complete-transaction but it has problems so I run it with --skip-broken parameter. That worked fine for unfinished transaction but problem with perl dependency stays. I tried to reinstall perl package but it gives me an error : Loaded plugins: langpacks, presto, refresh-packagekit Installed package 4: perl-5.14.2-201.fc16.x86_64 (with updates) is not available (HowTos)

An update just showed up in the apper for kmod7-2.fc17, and that was when I realized that itwasn't installed in my system. Instead I had kmod 7-1.fc17.

I was wondering what the trouble is here.I have been having it for a week or so now.It seems that the repo is telling yum there is an update but when it goes to find the package it is not there.Is this correct? How would I go about fixing this?

For about 6 weeks now, maybe longer, I keep getting

Hi I have been running F11 for some time now. I install updates regularly and to this time have had no issues. Now it comes up with error.

I'm having issues updating my nvidia drivers.

My systems are getting an dep resolution error when trying to do a yum update:
