Basically, I have very poor 3D performance on everything OpenGL when using Unity3D. GLXGears gives me an average fps of 33FPS on Unity3D, while using Unity2D gives me an average of 58FPS.

The redesigned and simplified Nautilus 3.6.1 has landed in official Ubuntu 13.04 repositories. You can read about all the major changes between Nautilus 3.5 to 3.6.1 from here.
I haven't tested it in Ubuntu 13.04 yet so I can't say if it supports global menu and HUD or not.
