Install faenza-icon-theme from the AUR (which I think is by far the most popular icon theme pack) and then study the contents of the "/usr/share/icons/Faenza/" folder.

I installed the faenza-icon-set via ppa, and it works fine - except in firefox: Some icons are replaced by faenza (forward, back, home, copy, cut ...) and some icons not (favorites, history, downloads, new window, new tab ...). How can I force Firefox to replace all icons by the new theme?
The GTK+ Native Theme doesn't help. It only changed something with the tabs ...
When I choose icons for my desktop-files, I have the issue that a lot of them will not load in Tint2, especially the action-icons. What could cause this? Furthermore, when I look in /usr/share/icons there are a couple of Faenza-Crunchbang folders, but there seems to be very little inside the folders. Can I get these icons anywhere else?
I noticed a good few people have made comments about the use of the GNOME icon theme in the initial Waldorf image. For what it is worth, the goal for the initial image was mainly to get the build scripts ported from Squeeze to Wheezy, and therefore I did not spend much time polishing the look 'n' feel.
