Unable to send mail to hotmail from rackspace cloud

I'm using vps server with ubuntu 10.04 when i send email to Gmail it's ok but for Hotmail fails, i check my logs i find this:

My company has recently purchased a VPS for email and webhosting. I am not an expert on email authentication but here is my story.

After the VPS was purchased we started receiving bouncebacks with the error message from hotmail.com ]: 550 SC-001 (COL0-MC1-F10) Unfortunately, messages from 205.234.204.81 weren't sent.

we have a website with a SMTP server (Postfix) we used for almost a year. From about yesterday we keep getting the following error when sending emails to hotmail destinations:

I just followed this tutorial to set up a postfix mailserver with dovecot and mysql as backend for virtual users.

Now I got the most parts working, I can connect to pop3 pop3s imap and imaps.

Using

echo TEST-MAIL | mail myaccount@hotmail.com

works fine, when I log into my hotmail account it shows the email.

Recently i installed a mail server inside ubuntu to send mail for my user who forgot password. I installed a few packages:

apt-get install php-pear pear install mail pear install Net_SMTP pear install Auth_SASL pear install mail_mime apt-get install postfix

After i installed these packages, i create a php file and placed it inside my htdocs.

I have postfix installed on a Centos server with 1 main ip 1.1.1.1 and a range of ips 2.2.2.0/24

The problem is : i can only send mail with the main ip 1.1.1.1, when i change it to another one from the range ex : 2.2.2.222 the mail stays in the queue ( status=deffered )

I have a very strange problem.

I can send mail and everything else with thunderbird, squirrelmail, and even through command line, but I can not send mail using outlook.

When ever I try to use outlook to send mail I get the following error in my mail.log Jan 3 14:31:21 mailserver postfix/smtpd[18495]: connect from unknown[192dot168dot69dot1]
