My Ubuntu get into error when I try to mount one of my internal disks and it gives this error message:
Error mounting: mount exited with exit code 13: $MFTMirr does not match $MFT (record 3).
Failed to mount '/dev/sda7': Input/output error
NTFS is either inconsistent, or there is a hardware fault, or it's a
SoftRAID/FakeRAID hardware.

When I try to open windows partition from ubuntu I get:

GUYS,I AM NEW TO UBUNTU.....I HAVE A EXTERNAL HD.....IT USED TO WORK PERFECTLY IN UBUNTU UNTIL ONE DAY I HAD TO EXIT IT URGENTLY...AFTER THAT IT IS NT MOUNTING....IT IS WORKIN =G IN WINDOWS...BUT I NEED TO USE IT IN UBUNTU SO BADLY......WHEN IT IS PLUGGED FOLLOWING MESSGAE IS SHOWN....AM NEW TO UBUNTU....URGENT HELP NEEDED.

i am getting this error when i click on devices list to go in :

and when i remove it it says
Error mounting: mount exited with exit code 13: The disk contains an unclean file system (0, 0).
The file system wasn't safely closed on Windows.
