http://askubuntu.com – I newly set a PC with Intel i7 4770K and ASUS Z87-PRO mainboard. After I installed Ubuntu server 12.04 x64, I found that the video driver cannot identify the Intel Graphics properly. Running 'lspci -v' VGA compatible controller: Intel Corporation Xeon E3-1200 v3/4th Gen Core Processor Integrated Graphics Controller (rev 06) (prog-if 00 [VGA Controller]) Subsystem: ASUSTeK Compute Inc. Device 8543 Obviously, Xeon E3-1200 is not correct. I guess it should be something like Core 4600. At the beginning, I thought it should be a video driver issue. I checked the Intel website.
