Unable to get wireless card working properly in DELL D620 laptop - Zorin OS 6.0 (3.2.0)

http://askubuntu.com – I have a DELL D620 laptop running Zorin OS 6.0 (3.2.0) The wireless was working prior to running Update Manager. hi all i just recently installed ubuntu 12.04 and since install i havent been able to get wireless internet to work. when i plug in the ethernet cable it works i just dont have wireless. i have been searching around and have run out of things to do.

My Dell Mini 1018 used to work fine with Ubuntu 12.04 with no problems connecting with the wireless card. Then I made the big mistake of attempting to disable WiFi by right-clicking on the wireless applet and un-checking "Enable Wireless." Since then, I cannot get wireless working again.

I have a problem connecting my Dell Vostro 1520 to the Internet by Wireless.

I have a Dell Latitude D800 with a Dell Wireless 1350 (802.11b/g) WLAN miniPCI Card. I need to install wireless on this laptop but I see no wireless card when I know I have the above wireless card. Here are some commands that I ran that I might prove useful:

I am using a Dell xps l702x and I am using ubuntu 10.04 because I need to use f77 (don't ask) and I wasn't able to get it working on later versions of ubuntu.

I cannot use the wifi at all.

I can connect with wired connection in my living room but I can't with my wireless card. I'm pretty sure card is ok because I got a new one and driver works fine. I had Ubuntu 12.04 then I downgraded it to 11.10 and I have the same problem over and over again. I searched all over the forums and I can't find an answer.

I have a toshiba satelitte A135-S4656 and i cannot connect to my wireless internet i have tried madwifi but idk how to do it so if i messed something up and i need to reinstall ubuntu plz tell me, i am running ubuntu 10.04 lspci retutns - Ethernet controller: Atheros Communications Inc.

Hi,

I would like to figure out the MAC Address of the Ethernet and the Wireless Interfaces on my laptop.

My Dell D620 laptop running Ubuntu 10.10 just finished a software update which included Linux kernel update to 2.6.35-32. Now my Broadcom wireless no longer works. Fortunately I can revert to 2.6.35-31 at boot, but it'd be great if it can be fixed. (Why is there so much trouble with this chipset?)
