http://forums.fedoraforum.org – When I connect a USB disk, it is automatically mounted at a mount point like: /var/run/media/<username/<name> I can unmount the disk via the GNOME 3 Files application. But when I want to umount the device from the command line, I get: umount: /run/media/<username>/<name>: umount failed: Operation not permitted Is there a way to unmount the device from the command line as a normal user?
