This just happened to me today. First time it happened was early in the afternoon when I was playing Mini Motor Racing and I turned off the screen for a while. When I turned it on and unlocked my phone, the game screen was black. When I pressed the home button, it froze on me, then it rebooted. Second time, it was the same situation.
Black Mesa Source is a complete remake of original Half-Life game. As the name suggests, the game is based on Source Engine which has been used in making Half-Life 2.
Black Mesa has broken all records of popularity with massive downloads in just few days. The game is freely available for Windows.
Black Mesa is full of funny references and jokes.
So the Half Life 1 forums are ablaze with Linux and Mac users that have no more save files after the latest update. The problem is an easy fix, for some reason they just changed where the saves go and you have to move them to where it wants them to be. I've written a small script to automate the process and attached it to this topic.
I recently installed Half-Life via Steam on my new computer with Precise Pangolin. The game worked perfectly fine until I decided to install my favourite mod Sven Co-op. At first I installed it the proper way (works on windows) which is to paste the folder into the Half-Life folder, and on Steam it's suppose to appear as a game.
