[ubuntu_studio] Any new multi-track recording support for Alesis MultiMix 16 USB 2.0 mixers?

http://ubuntuforums.org – I was wondering if there has been any change in the support for a product like the Alesis Multi Mix family of mixers when it comes to multitrack recording ability in Linux. I understand that driver work on USB 2.0 would have needed to be done and that the mixer itself would need to be compliant. Is it now possible to connect a MultiMix 16 to Ardour and have each of the 16 channels be recordable to individual tracks or is it still a 2 track stereo recording only solution in Linux? (Hardware)

I need some help figuring out how to route some audio around in specific ways when doing a recording.

The software I'm using is Audacity and LMMS.

I have a track in Audacity. I want to play that track while playing something else in LMMS.

What it says on the tin.  Those of you who use CrunchBang (or some other flavor of Linux) for recording, what do you use to get audio into your PC?  I've heard of problems with MOTU, ProTools, and other hardware interfaces that come with proprietary Window$ and Macinto$h drivers.I know the easiest solutions tend to be the low-tech variety: basically using an external mixer connected

has anyone had any experience of them on ubuntu 12.04?

I'm guessing that it should just appear as a USB device and be recognised.

I want to use it primarily to play back tracks from Mixx but also occasionally with Ardour and Audacity as both input and output.

Xperia SOLA ICS Official ROM is have useful GloveMode and have useless mono video recording. Is there any custom rom that have glovemode and have stereo recording? (for SOLA)

i have been searching and there infinity, dynamic, and Manav rom. But all of them didn;t mention anything about glovemode or stereo recording.
