My Dell Vostro 1520's Dell Wireless 1397 WLAN Mini-Card must not have been set-up correctly, as the Network Manager won't even let me select the wireless tab. Please just explain to me, step by step, what exactly I must do to make it work!

I just installed Fedora as a dual-boot (other OS in Win7) on my Dell Inspiron 1750 and, of course, the wireless card is missing firmware.
The wireless card is called Dell Wireless 1397 WLAN mini-card. When I run lspci on Fedora it says that the card is a BCM4312 802.11b/g LP-PHY (rev 01).
I have a Dell 1210 (mini-12) that originally ran Ubuntu 8.04+LTS.
Broadcom BCM4312 802.11b/g LP-PHY wireless internet adapter.
I have installed Ubuntu 10.10 to try to solve the following problem,
but the problem still occurs.
The computer easily connects to wireless routers without passwords.
If there is a password, however, it comes up
"Authentication required by wireless network."

First, this is my setup:
Code:
/sbin/lspci -nnk
